That is why, during the toughest moments of the pandemic, we decided to begin reflecting on the strategic bases of our business, a process we dubbed EDM 30+. Since our inception 30 years ago, we have successfully developed the investment trade, and our goal is to establish the strategic foundations that will allow us to continue doing so for the next 30 years.
This process has led us to pinpoint what really drives our day-to-day efforts: working toward a better financial future for our clients and the companies in which we invest in the hope that their improved wealth in turn helps enhance the whole of society. We do so in the confidence that our track record of honesty, rigour, and a non-speculative investment style is the smartest and most sustainable approach to our activity.
We began 2021 with enthusiasm, energy, and major challenges, as the important work of bringing to fruition the initiatives developed last year begins.
We intend to enrich our Wealth Management value proposition to include a reduced number of carefully selected funds managed by other specialised managers, as a complementary offer to expand the range of investment solutions.
We are also investing heavily in digitisation, which will allow us to renew and refresh the way we interact with clients, offering them greater flexibility and accessibility.
As part of this process and with the aim of clearly conveying the values we believe in, we have revamped our visual identity, which will soon be reflected on all of our content.
In a matter of weeks, we will launch a new website, permitting clients to directly access their positions. At the same time, we will begin to communicate more actively through digital channels, while updating the format and content of our regular communications.
